Greaseproof and parchment paper

Description: 

Greaseproof, parchment use and vegetable parchment paper are all pure cellulose types of paper manufactured with fibrous materials, fillers and auxiliary substances in compliance with current legislation and therefore they are suitable for contact with food. They must be used in accordance with the specific characteristics of each different type of food.

Use: 

Greaseproof paper kit 7 is grease and moisture resistant and suitable to be used in direct contact with greasy food such as: butter, fresh cheese, cold cuts, meat, pizza and focaccia bread.

Vegetable parchment paper is grease and moisture resistant and is suitable for cooking in direct contact with food such as: butter, fresh cheese, cold cuts, meat, fish and baking in tin foil.

Parchment use paper is resistant to grease but not to moisture and it is suitable to be used in direct contact with greasy food as: butter, mature cheese and fresh pasta.
